REGISTRATION

INFORMATION

For everyone registering for fall/winter, remember that you need  to do the following:

*You must schedule an assessment with the coaches first.  Please see the calendar for assessment dates/times available then contact us by email.

Once your assessment is complete, follow the steps below.  The links will turn white once you have visited that page.

FORMS

1:  A new Member Info Form

     (done online and hit “send”)

 

2: A new waiver 

  (print and send by mail or bring to practice)

3:  An annual USA form  

   **please read our notes about the different    types of USA memberships 

PAYMENTS

4:  WSC Membership Fee

    (either in full or first 1/2) 

5:  USA Fee

6:  Fins are required

7:  Did you pay the season in full?

    If so, you may receive a  

    complimentary equipment pkg.

OPTIONAL

8:  Competition suit and cap is

    required if you are going to

    compete at all.

    (Don’t wait on this as they take awhile..

    ask for help with sizing)
