1:  A new Member Info Form

 

2: A new waiver 

3:  USA form   **please read our notes about the different types of USA memberships 

4:  Dues payment (either in full or first 1/2) 

5:  USA payment (annual)

6:  Fins if you don’t have them 

7:  competition suit or cap if you are going to compete at all.  (Don’t wait on this as they take awhile..ask for help with sizing)
